These Terms of Service govern your use of the Super Care Pest Control website and the booking of services through it, our phone line, or WhatsApp.

Bookings & Inspections

A property inspection is provided free of charge. Pricing for any treatment is shared only after the inspection and is confirmed with you before work begins.

Warranty

Where a service includes a warranty (such as termite control), the specific terms, duration and conditions will be provided in writing at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booked appointment by contacting us over phone or WhatsApp with reasonable notice.
